The group hosts monthly rides throughout the year, each with its own unique theme. While dressing up in ‘funky’ attire is encouraged, it’s not required. But why miss out on the chance to don your flashiest outfit and exude some funky attitude? Think bright, bold, colours, wide lapels, and wide-leg trousers! Faux-fur, faux-leather, suede, velvet, and corduroy are all great options for creating the perfect funkadelic look. Don’t forget the accessories, it might be worth hitting the charity shops for some more sustainable options, there’s lots of excellent ones on Burleigh Street.
To match the dress code, the ride will feature a mix of funky soul and gritty hip hop music. So, get ready to groove to some classic tunes and let loose on your bike (safely!)
