Located just outside of the city centre Parkside Swimming Pool is perfect for family fun, there are three pools available for you to use, including a 25m competition standard 8 lane pool, as well as a smaller children’s leisure pool, the third pool has a moving floor and is used for teaching people how to dive and swim. If you are looking for more excitement there are two flume rides that the kids and the slightly bigger kids (the adults) are able to enjoy. If looking for the perfect family swimming session, Parkside swimming pool hosts a family fun session on the last Sunday of every month.
If swimming isn’t really your thing then don’t worry! Parkside offer a brand new 120 station gym with fitness instructors available to help put together to work out of your dreams.
